If you're with verizon you HAVE TO get a data plan. but, blackberry storm is also the first verizon phone to use a sim card, so if you want to get it unlocked you can use it for other carriers.

Does anyone know how to get Korean to work? Little black squares come up. I tried downloading some software, but there wasn't anything for the 8330 D: Oh! And if possible, is there a way I could possibly be able to type Korean on my phone? Thanks!

^^ download the latest desktop manager from the blackberry website.
then sync your phone. go to app loader and there should be an option if you want to add korean chinese or japanese language

1. I've created the new korean.alx file and the content looks like the following.

4. Connect your Blackberry 8800 or Curve to your computer

Posted for those who want Korean on their BBs. And also cause I have a couple questions

1) In my 'Research In Motion' folder there's no 'Shared' subfolder, the only subfolder is 'BlackBerry'. And there's no 'Shared' in the BB folder either.
2) What does 'copy ________ to your hard drive' mean? Copy it into the folder? Into a new folder?

The internet only works if you have the data plan in your phone bill plan,
your mom probably didn't know it was there when you first got your blackberry,
then noticed it after the bill came out and took it out of the plan.

It's 30$ a month to do that.

You can also just send pics to your phone through the computer,
I used to do that when I had the chocolate by LG --;
Like I would said to 1234567890@verizon.com or whatever it is
and then it would send to my phone and i would save it (:

this was from a long time ago, lol. but yea, you're right she did take it off. along with that, she also took the mms away too.
i tried to do the way you said, emailing it to my number, but that didn't even work either @__@; so .. lol.

i got emails from long time ago as well.
when this was happening I went on my gmail account (which is setup on my bb) and deleted the old emails which I don't need.
