Personally, I don't understand or what to understand what goes on in an antifan's head. They go to such an extreme to make someone's life miserable for what? If they say for pleasure... then that's just plain wrong. There are artists that I'm not particularly fond of, but I don't join clubs to be an official hater (which is actually very sad) nor do I go through each day being happy that I hate someone (which is even sadder). To me, I think if you don't like someone, then leave them alone (especially since those particular people will never be effected or really care about the fact that I hate them) so why waste the time? Why not take that time and give it to the people you love? Instead of checking up on an anti-so-and-so forum, why not check up on your favorite artists forum? I don't understand why these people CHOOSE to hate and CHOOSE to be unhappy and enjoy the fact that they are making other people's life hell. Instead of spreading peace and love, they spread hatred.

it's quite ridiculous and again, sad of the person.

But now that I'm answering this....antis as in anti-fan of someone, right?
Because I'm an anti-drug/smoke person. (if that makes any sense) and I WILL go around telling people smoking is bad for them.

People choose to hate because without hate in the world, there is no love. seriously, you always need the opposite of what you want to exist in order to confirm your likes. Celebrity A has good music, awesome personality, etc....but without someone to tell you that Celebrity A doesn't produce good music, Celebrity A wouldn't even be a celebrity. in order to please your fans, i believe you sort of try to prove your anti-fans....

and I think having lots of anti-fans is a honor in itself. Hey, at least someone is paying attention to you, even if they don't like you and criticize everything.

people choose to hate and make other miserable, because miserable needs company and entertaining and fun, and hey, maybe extreme anti-fan has a quirky habit of making fun of other people.

I also think that anti-fan may secretly like the celebrity he or she determine to dislike...

I personally hate anti's. I find them disgusting and stupid.
The most stupid thing is that they waste their time on a person that they dislike.
What if some of the anti's wanted to be singers or dancers and they became one's. BUT they got ALOT of hate mails and stuff. Now, that's not fun. Hurting other's to make yourself feel better is just disgusting.

I can understand being an anti-fan because a certain artist is not so appealing to you, and you just leave them alone. But I hate the anti's that really don't have much of a legit reason to [ie: Song Seung Hyun and the Henry Lau/Zhou Mi thing]. If they didn't do anything personally to you, why would you bother to say mean things and try to do mean things?

I've seen cases like anti-fans hurting the idols, that's too much.
Even spreading rumours/bad stuff bout' them is too much,
they'd actually get sued for it ;/ even though it's the internet, i'm sure some would have ways to track down, the police.

Man, so freaking true. I remember some girl was attacking one of my friends because she said the Twilight movie sucked (...). She ranted on and on about her not being a TR00 fan!!!111! Annoyed me so much that I had to butt in and tell off a pinkberry.

Exactly , thats why blind fangirls kinda annoy me . They think their own idols can do no wrong.
