There's a specific criminal rape/murder that still tugs at my stomach/heart whenever I hear/read about it. This is what happened to the poor girl. And the song is called "Taion" by the GazettE from their 2006 album Nil.

There's also a song written by the Rolling Stones about the cannibal Issei Sagawa (who btw is alive/free/well and is a semi-celebrity in Japan). This is his crime. The song is called "Too Much Blood" from their 1983 album, Undercover.

crime reminds me about this song where the singer sings as thought she has 24 hours to live before she's killed by execution
the song is 24 by Jem
it's not explicitly about crime but...it reminds me of it haha.

Ice-T - Six N' the Mornin'
Tupac - My Block
Beastie Boys - Looking Down the Barrel of a Gun

Or just look for gangsta rap in general.

Try looking at songs by Cunninlynguists? I've only heard a few songs by them, but they seem to rap quite a bit about crime. I like using http://www.songmeanings.net the best.

I would recommend majority of the tracks on Janet Jackson's "Rhythm Nation 1814"
it talks about crime and so much more.

this song was a song that makes me reminiscence bout back in the day.
It is the Soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of press. It is the Soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer who gives us freedom to demonstrate. It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and who's coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.
Hooah!
