ie: if a girl get another girl to kick her ass and cut off her hair while she is crying and bleeding on the concrete same for guys but they usually don't have long hair I can just chop off, and I do it myself.

Avoid & ignore them.

i'd be nice to the person, just to show
politeness, so they can see that what
they are doing is absolutely wrong
and that they shouldnt behave in this
way, like setting a role model, you see.

^ This.
Be nice and kind to him/her and he will just make himself look more and more foolish by cont. to be mean. The nice you are to him and the meaner he is to you, will make it very apparent to other people of the way he is acting.

_ o-0' but eh . normally i just act like a misunderstood character from a comedy anime.
him/her: >[
D:
him/her: "freak"
...-burst into tears-
him/her: -throws water at-
-flicks hair out of eyes dramatically in the sunlight- LOL
_ nah... people don't mess with me . x_X' no idea. helps when you're the guy that everyone says "he's done nothing to you!" _
p.s- there's always a reason.
insecurity [strike before struck], prejudice [rumors, stereotypes and appearance], etc.

if its a part of their character.. and they're just mean.. i'd just try to avoid them
if they cant be avoided, yeah i'll have to say ignore em. mean ppl usually like attention for the mean things they do so any kinda response will encourage them.
no point in letting more neg energy into ur life
