How come customer service reps always make it seem like you're a lying dishonest customer??! I'm not here to cut my bills in half, that is NOT MY INTENTION. So why can't they be more understanding about my situation and actually freaking LISTEN to me. Bunch of impatient people who just want you to get off their phone asap so they don't have to deal with you anymore.

I just woke up from an afternoon nap so I feel fuzzy.
Damn, right before I napped, I said to myself,
Gonna take a power nap and then get right to academics.
And the first thing I did when I woke up was play with my dog and then log onto facebook.
