I was just wondering, has anyone replaced their phone housing on their blackberry or phones in general? Any tips, advice, pictures about it? I want to replace the housing on my curve but I'm worried about messing it up. :/ Also, does it replace the screen? Because mine cracked. u_u''
Thank you!!

housing prolly doesn't replace the screen
to replace the screen you'd needa buy a replacement screen xD
cause housing is just the plastic shell
unless there's a piece of glass or w/e over the screen
then replacig the housing might

Replacing the screen and housing of the phone is very simple. Youtube has a lot of video instructions on how to do so.

I'm currently using the 9550 Storm2 so it's impossible to change the housing on my phone.
However, when I had the 9000 Bold, I changed it to a new color everytime the keypad became fully scratched and worn out. I had the white version, so I didn't feel the need to change the screen, just the housing. Youtube does wonders.

look for specific model guides searching online, for most phones there should be a user created guides on how to take apart,
if you have housing or searching for housing, study the assembly of how it is put together, sometimes just looking at another housing you can figure out how its put together
