Recently, I've been more interested exercising. I know there are alot of good online exercise videos. The only one I know is 8 min abs.

Share yours! Any kind of exercise video, abs, calves, arms etc!
It'd be cool if someone had one how to tone up hips/waist and calves wink.gif

I hope there's not already a thread on this. sweatingbullets.gif

I've been doing some of the yoga poses from the following channels. I think they are effective for toning your body and improve your concentration/mind as well. I am also doing the 8min abs along with yoga. I tried Jillian Michaels' 30day shred for one session and it hurt my calves a lot the next day and made them bulkier/manly. So, I stopped doing it.

It is the Soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of press. It is the Soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer who gives us freedom to demonstrate. It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and who's coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.
Hooah!

I'm really worried about getting bulky from exercise...since i used to swim a lot... like... A LOT - the lower half of my body is a lot larger than the top half of my body. i stopped swimming, so i natually gained weight around the muscle. do you guys have any recommendations regardingwhat types of exercises i should be approaching so that i can lose the fat but not gain too much more muscle? thanks!!
