so this is my problem, i have really broad shoulders and eversince i started working full time at McDonald's i have to carry a lot of heavy boxes and do tasks that required heavy lifting, my arms started to get really big, because it had built muscles over time, and now i've noticed i cant let it get any bigger becuase my shoulders are already broad which already make me look like man, and i dont need this. is there any exercise that i can do to tone up my arm, or make my arm smaller in like one month? it's doesnt need to be like really skinny and smal but i really wants it to look tone and healthy not saggy and big like now....please help meeeeeeeeeeeeee

My best advice is to look up dieting programs that focus on fat loss.

try splitting your meals in five small proportions.
i went on a healthy eating/weight-loss program for eight weeks.
initially i was 112 pounds and after the eight weeks i was 106 pounds.
not a significant amount of weight however my arms and legs trimmed down and im 5'7.
one of the meal plans consisted of:
breakfast
boiled egg
half a cup of cranberry juice
oatmeal
brunch
orange
almonds
lunch
turkey, spinach on mulitgrain bread
steamed vegies
afternoon tea
apple
blueberries
dinner
chicken breast
steamed vegies
brown rice
throughout the day i drank at least six cups alternating between water and hot green tea.
hope it helps.

i have really broad shoulders and when i joined the tennis team my shoulders got even broader and my arms turned into frikkin man arms.
the only way ive shrunk them back down is just stopping tennis.
so i guess, stop picking up heavy things? x]
after a year or so, it naturally just went back down.
i also stretch my arms a lot, a do yoga and pilates.
it helps a lot.
i heard that stretching helps to get rid of bulk, and so far its been working for me :]

Simplified ~ only eat things baked grilled or steamed. 2nd eat 4-6 times a day ~ 3rd Run as often as possible.
* if you get shinsplints elliptical, row, back float swim with just legs
* the 1st thing to look at is your diet ~ if you eat fast food, really salty food, if you eat fried more then once every two weeks ~ cut it out that is what is really killing you.
