I'm sure a lot of us have experienced PMS.

And PMS is not fun!! mad.gif There are the physical implications as well as the psychological.

For meeee:
- eating a LOT when there's no physiological need
- mood swings
- bouts of depression and loss of self esteem, etc.
- since i'm sad, i think people feel my negativity...and it just kinda cycles around.
- weak legs and generally bad circulation
- acne breakouts, ewww
etc.

On a positive point: My boobs get bigger laugh.gif
(well they shrink after, so maybe not so biggrin.gif )

I know it's not permanent...but it's once every month!

The only way that I deal with PMS is by trying to eat healthy and getting enough rest..and hopefully exercise (though it's harder with the period).
But it's a lot more difficult to deal with the depressive episodes...it's so self-destructive and saddddd. And I'm generally happy, I think.

How do you girls deal with your symptoms?

There ya go ~

The trick is too employ methods to alleviate the symptoms ~ vitamin c, sunshine and tanning, working out.
* laugh, smile, play, surround yourself w/ positive people and beware that the hormones will play tricks on you.
