if you have no waist your fat. run eat healthier then run some more. 8 min abs helps nobody that isnt already low enough in bodyfat percentage but its good exercise!

by saying that you are skinny fat, ill assume you mean that you arent fit?
i think you need to work out your waist or abs with oblique exercises? lol i dont even know how to spell that.
that way the fat on your sides will go away and maybe your waist might appear slimmer.
also you should do ab exercises that makes you go from side to side, for example the bycicle.
i noticed that after i did started to do those exercises the curve on my waist started to show a bit.
but then some peopel are just built with a straight wiast and sometiems the most they could do with that is make it umm angular you can say? but not all the way curved.
sorry im really bad at explaining stuff

I don't have a waist as well and if I lose more weight it'll be coming off my hips- making my wasit even more non-existent!
You'll just have to dress appropriately for your shape.

it makes your waist narrower, thus emphasising your hips more, which gives you a more curvy body =)

Thanks for the replies, I'm going to start doing some oblique excercises? (I thought that would make your waist bigger cause muscles building up?) and the korean hula hoop thing; we had one but we gave it away. ;____;
Running is the answer to everything? How do I tone the inside of my thighs, my thighs are small but their jiggly, that's skinny fat, right? Isn't running going to make me lose the fat there? I don't want to lose the fat but make it .. un-jiggly because with the fat there gone I'd look groosss.

If you're a little older than 15 (about 18 or so), try a corset? :/

Does it have to be a certain kind of hoop or can it just be any regular hula hoop? Cause my aunt has one and it's really heavy. Is that the one?
Haha sorry I've never really heard about this Korean hoop thingy

Isnt it those heavy ones with those little semi-circle dome cups along the inside of the hoops?

I read from some threads, some soompi members got bruises from using it too.
Because technically, the bumpy parts repetitively hit your stomach, so after prolong of use of the hula hoop, it puts lots of strains to the delicate internal organs in the mid-section area...

Honestly, if you're still young just give it some time.
