Any type of cardio exercise will help you reduce fat. You can't target where the fat is being lost though. Most people use jogging as their cardio. At the gym, you can use elliptical machines, bikes, etc as well.
Eat healthy as well. Just take any type of general weight loss diet that works for you and try it. Do not crash diet - suddenly stop eating until you can't hold out anymore - they'll just make your boobs lose their shape.
My friend has the same problems as you right now (she's DD) and she's trying out the same things I'm advising smile.gif
Aish, trust me, it's not a blessing to have big boobs.
I know how it feels to wear an A and want big boobs.
Well, I got them and it's not heaven like you'd think it would be.
It's a pain in the back.
