2000 Honda Accord EX 2.3L 4 cylinder (Automatic)
Bare with me please, my knowledge on cars suck.
When I am coming to a full stop at a stop sign or a red light my car would jerk forward no matter what. It also feels like my brakes are harder to press down too.
This only started happening after I got my new radiator installed. My old radiator had a large crack in it and started squirting out anti freeze under my hood. Even while driving with a bad radiator my braking was never like this.
What could the possible problems be?
Any solutions or suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what the problem might be, but most likely it has nothing to do with the radiator. Unless the mechanics that worked on it changed something else. How is it jerking forward, like accelerates forward? Or the brakes are jerky? Sounds serious, you should get it looked at and diagnosed asap. Braking is the most important thing on a car...

maybe try checking out your sensors.

It accelerates forward. Brakes don't seem to be the problem. I'm thinking possibly it's the transmission. I hooked up one of those code detectors to the car and error code P1739 came up, it stands for "Problem in 3rd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit".. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you tell me how to do this?

Is this car automatic?
There is a remote possiblity that your transmission is overfilled or underfilled with fluid. Typically these cars have a transmission cooler inside the radiator and when removed (because its part of the radiator) they mechanic either forgot to replenish the fluid or overfilled it by guessing how much to pour in.
When underfilled the car can drive harsh and slip. When overfilled it can have all sorts of effects, such as fluid pressure issues as the fluid is getting aerated (bubbling up from getting sloshed around with too high of a level).
Why don't you check your transmission fluid level? Make sure the car is driven and warm (the car must still be running when you check the fluid level) and then check the level (of course do this on level ground).
Also use the genuine Honda ATF fluid...
