[NO NAME?]

Soichi Negishi moved to Tokyo to chase his dream of becoming a musician playing stylish, Swedish-style pop. Instead, he finds himself leading the death metal band Detroit Metal City as the costumed and grotesquely made-up "demon emperor" Johannes Krauser II. Although he hates the role and the things he has to do as a member of the band, he definitely has a talent for it. Adapted from the hit Japanese comic book by Kiminori Wakasugi, the movie follows Negishi's antics as he tries to reconcile the two very different sides of his life and find out what it really means to achieve his dream.

I just downloaded this. Movie to watch if you have time to kill. The whole thing is made up of crack. Matsuken did another great performance though. Plus the ending was kind of worth it.

i've seen the interviews on YT too...
and i've been told it's really funny ^^;

is so freakin' hot! LOL.

I've never watched the anime nor read the manga, but it's hilarious.

Kenichi Matsuyama is darned funny, so different from L from Death Note.

LMAO I just watched it two days ago it was REALLY hilarious! I laughed so much my eyes started to water. the power rangers and toilet scene.. omg so funny! at the end of the movie my eyeliner totally disappeared lol but it's really worth watching!

You guys should see it. It's hilarious! I love the fact that the movie is faithful to the original work. I don't see Ken'ichi as L anymore. Go Krauser!





Too bad some of the good scenes wasn't shown like the Tokyo tower humping thing, the air guitar performance at Tower Records, the police assaults, and more tambourine humping. Haha!

it was good,would be better if the legends of DMC was added(the raping of the tokyo tower,public rape etc)
The 10 rapes per second was a little weak though.....

It's so sad that they didn't show some scenes like the Tokyo Tower ;O I loved that in the anime.
