Asus Eee TOP, the all-in-one desktop is now available for pre-order. It is going to be released on March 9th, 2009 in US, for $600. This Eee Top is powered by an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, comes with 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and running on Windows XP Home OS.

the structure of the keyboard the asus eee top has looks very suspiciously much like the infamous Mac keyboard....

the mouse looks hugeeeeee next to the super slim keyboard. i'm too used to laptop mouse...the chunky desktop mouse feels weird in my hand.

You can get a better spec'd desktop + monitor by far for less than $600 US. I question how receptive this would be to consumers. Then again, consumers are dumb enough to buy anything with enough "hype" or "its new" behind it. xP
