Is This Good Cardio?

I skateboard everyday 1 hour-2 hours. it's pretty intense. i sweat and yeah.
i have fun. then i do cardio 3-4 from p90x, and run a mile every saturday.
and ab workouts 2 times a day every day.

Plenty enough. Like I mentioned in the other thread, it's up to your diet now.

OMG skateboarding can be really intense, especially goin uphill. But like, the only beef i have against boarding is that i feel that ur leading leg gets more of the workout rather than the pushing leg. Everything else sounds good.

In general, I've read that the body starts burning fat after 20 mins into a steady cardio excercise, give or take a few mins depending on the intensity. So, from what you're doing, it sounds fine.

Lol, like the others say, diet right!

Since it takes a whole a lot of pressure to your feet, I guess so. Remember to rotate your feet once in a while, you'll never know if they'll uneven. And, watch out for your plates, too.
