break it down by ingredients and check them here: nutritiondata.com
try to get the measurements down as accurately as possible. use tablespoons, cups, etc.. whenever possible. also dont forget to check the nutrition labels on pre-made foods (altho im not sure how much i trust asian food labels).
a lot of it is common sense. if you are eating a bag of chocopie and it says only 30calories per pie, you know its wrong...

Yeah... JJM isn't the best meal if you're on a diet or want to lose weight. lol. If you have like 8oz, it'll be around 350 calories. But gotta admit, JJM really fills you up though. Then again it really depends how much sauce you have on the JJM since that's where a lot of the calories are coming from... and recipes vary from family to family.

I dont know if this would be any help to you, but try searching words of the name and also calories/kcal in Korean and you might be able to find how much they generally have. I did that a few times with some Chinese food that i couldnt find the calorie count for before(searching the chinese name and kcal), so i thought i'd just drop that suggestion for you if you still can't find it. ^^

You'll need something to get track of your calorie intake, whether it's just a online site.
떡볶이 (dduk bokki) has average amount of calories, but the 떡 is literally "rice", and rice have lots of calories. But other than that, you just stuff up vegetables and red chilly paste so it's probably below 370 calories.
자장면 (jja jang myun) is definitely not the best choice if you're on diet or whatsoever, noodles are the disadvantages about it. They're hard to digest and the sauce has whole a lot of sugar.
I believe 김밥 (kim bap) is around 364 kcal. But it highly depends on what you put though. I usually put sausages, egg, pickled radish, and spinach in mine (of course rice and weed, too).

You know dduk bbokki, jja jang myun, and kimbab all have mini cooper loads of calories... I mean maybe not kimbab as much but it should as much as a meal.
jja jang myun.. not only is it noodles which is just bad for dieting (alotta calories) plus the sauce... it's sweet. even instant jja jang myun is 500 calories per bag. the full on version.. uhhh
Dduk bokki.. rice has alot of calories. The sauce has ALOT of sugar in it, not just red chilly paste to make it sweet.
probably all around 450-800 per serving.
