This is for all the college kids trying to eat healthy. And if you're like me sometimes
you think a food is healthy when it's not. It's actually really surprising!
It's a really interesting and helpful book.
If you are watching your weight or trying to lose weight it is good
to eat foods with low amounts of calories. But don't go under eating 1200 calories a day.
You're body will panic and start holding onto the calories and turning it into fat because it will be in starvation mode.
I will bold the item with the lowest calories. (This doesn't mean it's the healthiest choice.)
I'll start with breakfast foods.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO EAT BREAKFAST!!! DO NOT SKIP!
