you mean like, after you bend over and come back up or after you stand up or something you see spots or fuzz and you get kind of dizzy and your head aches for a little bit and goes away?

cause that happens to me too. idk why D: you're not alone! haha

Maybe it's a head rush but considering it happens every 30 minutes or so I suggest you go get a check up.

but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

Same thing is happening to me.
But I get them everyday. Like once for twice a day.
Maybe its from the contacts I wore, and they dry out my eyes.

If you wear contacts, maybe its the same with you ?

try eating a little something . x-x my last guess _ i think i was wrong about the water thing helping blood pressure. it's actually having food/sugar in the system that does helps.

x-x' what some googling does~

That used to happen to me a lot too. I read up on it, and apparently it's pretty common among teenagers. It's a sign of low blood pressure, so you should eat more and drink more fluids.

But, it's always better to be completely safe, so you should go see a doctor. Sometimes people may have the same symptoms, but the diagnostic could be totally different for different people--for some it could mean low blood pressure, for others it may mean a brain tumor.

Are you eating healthily? I usually get headaches whenever I'm starving and can't get to food in time.
I usually pop a tylenol and that helps.
Make sure to drink plenty of fluids.

IDK, if that doesn't help you should see a doctor.

Low blood pressure smile.gif
I have that too. Eat more salt.. but if this continues you SHOULD see a doctor. Just to make sure. It could also be a lack of amino acids or nutrients.

That happens to me a lot too. My mom thinks it's lack of iron (but the doctor said it wasn't) or lack of nutrition (headaches gotten worse after working out sad.gif)

you might have a migraine headache which can be severe since it goes on for a while.

I would see a doctor

i had the same problem.
i would wake up with a headache for no reason, go to sleep, and then wake up the next morning with the same headache.
or, when i jump or get up too quickly, i would feel dizzy.

my family took MRIs and CAT scans, but the doctors couldn't find anything wrong.
glasses were recommended to help focus my eyes, which might've been the probable possibility, but that didn't work either.

to this day, i'm still wondering what's wrong:]
"Hate me for who I am, if you must, but don't Love me for who I'm not."
"Love me for who I am, and please do, but don't Hate me for who I'm not."
