idk many people told me 'it's a matter of genes you cant do anything about it' .

but at the same time, there's also a confusion for me becuase people always say 'you need a balanced diet you are growing blablabla' .

so which is which?

does drinking water and sleeping early contribute to growth? how about exercise?

i am on a diet now because i really hate my face . i am too chubby . heck, i am 15 but the baby fat is still on my face i relaly really hate it i feel like a kid . T__T' so yeah now i am on a diet and i am seeing what i can do about it but mom keeps telling me to eat so tht i'll 'grow' or something but i know if i eat i'll only grow sideways!

gah this is so depressing . i need your advice T__T thanks .

i personally think it helps when you do a sport that makes you do stretches.

btw. love yourself.
myself, i have enough fun making faces at the mirror. and proudly using my lack of pretty-boyishness as apart of my jokes.

It's genes, food, and exercise. Mostly genes though.

not eating properly and sleeping in an unset pattern can definitely stunt your growth, however, as long as you have a balanced diet and sleep regularly you should grow according to your genes (yes, i totally pulled that out of my ass so don't take it as professional knowledge. any injury or lack of growth incurred following said advice is by no part my responsibility or fault)

80% is genes. 20% is the work you add in as sleeping before midnight, doing exercises that take pressure to the feet and knees, and what you eat.
