Haha, my friends and I would always laugh at this habit and I tried talking while sitting on my hands and it wouldn't work.

I do sometimes. And I don't even notice it till my mom pointed it out to me. She used to made fun of my hand gestures and so does my friends. My hands just need to move all the time.

I do it all the time. I don't know why, I guess I'm acting out the things I'm saying? Rofl I dunno, I just know that I've done it ever since I was a kid. One time I remember, when I was a kid I asked my mom why our whole family always moved their hands when they talk and she said, "It's cause we're Italian, we just do". Lol fail explanation but I accepted it, so when people ask why I make hand gestures I just tell them what she told me.
