my mind is so lazy that i cant focus. when somebody is talking to me,
its like im not even listening to them sometimes.

when i sit down, i just end up closing my eyes resting and yawning.

Are you getting enough vitamins? Have you taken a blood test? Maybe something is really wrong. :0

I think for now you should try to sleep only between 6 to 9 hours a day.
Maybe you could start exercising too. Like, doing a light 10 minute jog?
Eat vegetables, fruits, drink milk, lots of water... I don't know. Haha.
Are you eating at least three healthy meals a day? (Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Btw. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day-- NEVER skip breakfast (not saying that you do). biggrin.gif)

Sleeping TOO much can make a person tired as well. :X I used to always sleep a lot- and I was always tired too.

Maybe it is time to go see a professional- a family doctor perhaps?

You're probably oversleeping. Try to get a good schedule in where you sleep and wake at the same time.
Another thing is you may have something like sleep apnea, you can wikipedia it if you are curious.
In whatever case, try the sleeping schedule, if that doesn't work then yea go see a physician.

Hi! It is necessary for you to conduct an active way of life, to be constant on fresh air. To accept healthy food. Probably medicines which stir up brain activity will be necessary for you. And in general, I suspect, that at you a vegeto-vascular dystonia. It is treated, but consultation of the doctor is necessary.

i agree with makaveli, you're most likely oversleeping. This can cause excess fatigue and notbeing able to focus. You also should look at your diet, are you eating regularly? also getting enough fruites and veggies. Canadian Health says you should get at least 6 servings a day of fruits and veggies. Also if you're not active that's also key too. try doing a bit of excersing before bed time.

sleeping disorder shoudl be classified is when you can't sleep.

Yeah .. I get really lazy if I oversleep but I don't oversleep a lot of the times because I always get a headache if I do. There are other possibilities like Hepatitis and a number of other things. If it's really bothering you, go to the doctor and talk to your doctor about it. He can give you answers. We can't really do that.
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

Um, I don't wanna scare you or anything, but you could possibly have CFS/Fibromyalgia.

The main symptoms are excessive fatigue & an achy feeling throughout your whole body.

I take stimulants that help tremendously with the fatigue.

It took awhile though, to get diagnosed, since it's rare in teenagers.

I hope you feel better! (Being tired all the time sucks...)
