there is so much you can do with tofu.
1. tofu lasagna
2. uncooked silken tofu drizzled with soy sauce paste
3. tofu with eggs and tomatoes
4. miso soup with tofu
5. throw tofu in a pot of water with veggies like cabbage, tomatoes and potatoes for a really quick soup
6. some people put tofu in smoothies to make it healthier but I've never tried it.
7. there's a recipe for bbq tofu on allrecipes.com. I've never made it but it looks really good.
that's all I can think of right now, but there's a ton more you can make with tofu.
happy eating.

i do that sometimes for the texture. tofu makes smoothies thicker. be careful you don't use too too much though because the taste of the tofu can take over the smoothie itself

One of my favorite things to do is put it in soup. I take some chicken broth, add spices, fish sauce, and seafood mix. I add in some scallions and a little bok choy. Once all the flavors mix together I put in some Tofu.
You could even just make some fish stock, add scallions and Tofu for a light broth. The Tofu soaks in all the great flavors of the soup which is why I like it a lot.
I also like to pan fry it. You can cut it out in cute shapes with a cookie cutter (or just cut it into squares like I do). Put some Sesamee Seed oil in a pan, and cook up bok choy. Then add soy sauce and black pepper or hot sauce to taste. Put the tofu in after the soy sauce forms a slightly thick sauce and fry up until it's coated and a little brown.
YUMMY!
