It sounds a bit crazy, but hey...it's the way I've been eating for all of my life!
How have you guys [who love rice] in college adapted? Have you gone gung-ho cold shoulder no rice, or have you brought in a rice cooker in your dorm (or snuck in, if those sort of electrical appliances aren't allowed)?
The whole Freshman 15 shebang sounds horrendous to me, and eating all of that greasy dining hall food won't satisfy my rice craving.
