petition wont be useful for sg...
if sm dont consider sg as an independent country for cassiopeia
then i dont see where the petition will end up...
maybe u sld try gathering fans in sg to petition for forming cassiopeia sg first
im from sg so im saying this =)
and if you really love dbsk...
you wouldnt mind traveling to msia or thailand to support their live tour right? ^^

SM have to consider SG as an independent country for cassiopeia
So, they will have some promotion in SG.
