OKAAY.. so i am getting a bit worried....since 3 days i noticed a small green spot under my nipple and when i feel it it feels like a small bump....i have never heard someone before having this....have it ever happened to you? what do u think i should do!?!?

Sounds like something my bf has on his arm. It seems like it's a weird mole that got covered by skin or something. Not sure wth is it though. Well, if it recently just popped outta no where you should ask your doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Lol yeah if the thing she's talking about is the same as what my bf has on his arm (i'm pretty sure it is) it's a bump and it's green. The color is like ... I guess the color of a tattoo when it fades looks kinda greenish or yeah, like a bruise, or .. lol mold? That color.

good thing your going to the doctor. A bump usually means cancer around the breasts.
Most girls should do this often[i'm not too sure how often though]:
Lift one of your arms up and with the other arm, feel around the breast[the side that is lifted] and if there is a bump, then you should really get it checked..i mean, it's not like your breasts are perfectly smooth but if there is a bump that is very noticeable then you should get it checked.
Do more research too^^ Hope this helps a little
