Well, this is gonna sound dumb, but what is it? It's a part of NYU, but what's the majority of the majors their students are focused on?

I've been to the school campus once, and it seemed sooooooo dead :\ The tuition for the school is ridiculous, considering that it is a Tier 3 school (they even asked my friends if they were aware of the high tuition as an interview question! ). However, because I've never been interested in the school, I can't really tell you much about academics or the likes - sorry!

Don't be drawn into the school just because it has NYU in it's name.
NYU just RECENTLY took over the college, so it doesn't have the same reputation as NYU. It's easy to get in. -No, I'm not bashing Poly-
NYU is pushing all technical majors into Poly.

well..I am interested in science over in poly...should I try applying there and if I dont like it...I can transfer to nyu...rightt?

The school's alright for the price you pay. I graduated from there 2 years ago.

If I had to do it over again I would not go there. But then again It's an easy school to get into, basically

they will accept anyone. However, most students drop out after the 1st year cuz of the difficulty.

Hardest subject in IMO is math, or maybe I just suck at it. The English/Literature classes were a joke, easy A. I

think it should be harder now since NYU owns it. Social life is pretty non-existent, 90% of the students

are males.

What major did you do?? how was the campus and all? I went there for a tour...but I want to know the experience you had there...
