I usually have very, very bad stage frights when I go on stage but this time, surprisingly, I didn't really have any. I think it's because I was too worried about my voice. I have been looking forward to this performance for days but I ended up waking up with a bit of a sore throat on the morning so I was really, REALLY gutted that my voice wasn't 100% there during the performance. However, that took me off my stage fright haha... how ironic lol.

I did, however, get a bit nervous when the music started playing because it was played at such a low volume... for my bit, the instrumental only has the guitar playing little chords so I was worried about not being able to pitch properly when my mic was like 10 times louder than the track..... Ugh.


Anyway, I do feel a bit effy posting a video showing me singing live but I really want to know what you guys think so here you go!
My friend is a Korean and she's so much more skilled at singing so be prepared for that

BlackTea:: Yes I was the one on the left, sorry I just naturally assumed that people would know xD And yes my friend's camera has great video quality!! *__* I agree with you that a few of our lines sound nice together. There are some clashing and weird bits though. I just wish that someone was there to control the balance and mic level to make this sound nicer... x_x Anyway, it was quite a good experience.. singing live... :/

The fact that your mix was louder than the instrumental must've really made you nervous, but still, you had so much control over your voice and it was so smooth and fluid. I love your gentle vibrato girl~!!!!
And i don't think your partner is better than you; more like she had more emotion than you did, but skills wise, the both of you are so talented.]

altho you did sound nervous in the beginning it was still vurry purdy & smooth. :] and your partner has good emotion at her part. harmony was lovely. only thing i'd comment on is the adlibs near the end were a tad messy but thats it really.

It IS in the beginning... but you kinda get used to it and learn to enjoy it very quickly xD
Guess we're really different when it comes to this xD It's just that... when I record I have the feeling that it HAS to be perfect...
=> pressure => affects the voice => I'm totally dissatisfied >____< it just sucks xD
You should definitely sing live more ^___^ it's really fun. I get to sing live a lot because of my band and school ^-^
