you can check by going to the schools' sites
most have an "english" version of the site

some schools that are well known (idk about foreigner stuff)

seoul national university
yonsei university
korea university
ewha university (only females)
kaist
pohang
hanyang
or go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unive..._in_South_Korea and navigate.
google is your friend; so is wiki

Don't bother going to a Korean univ if you're not going to one of the top ones.
Oh, and we use the word "university," not "college."

From what I know, if you can't speak/write/read Korean fluently, you might as well go elsewhere.
I've heard that the classes that are taught in only English aren't that great in quality.
And if you're just taking the normal classes, the language will be a huge barrier.

Yonsei actually makes international students take the Korean Proficiency Test and the amount of credit that you can take is limited based on the result. You also have to attend the pre-course of “Korean writing”

And, you need a ton of documents:
- Two copies of Freshman Application Form
- Official transcript from high school and junior high school.
- One copy of high school diploma(s)/certificate(s) of graduation.
- Certificates of primary or middle school completion.
- Personal statement
- One copy of applicant’s and his/her parents’ passports or identification cards.
- For non-Korean national applicants residing in Korea: One photocopy of "Certificate of the facts of alien registration" Card of the applicant and if his/her parents are residing in Korea, a copy of applicant’s parents’ Alien Registration Card.
- For Korean descendants with non-Korean citizenship, one copy of parents’ Korean family tree register and confirmation certificate for renunciation of Korean citizenship.
- Official test scores from High School Graduation Exam or University Entrance Exam that can verify academic performance such as SAT, ACT, GCE-A LEVEL, IB, AP, etc. and other documents that can certify extra-curricular activities from high school

No offense, but a lot of the people who go "OH I WANT TO STUDY IN KOREEEEEEA" put little or not effort in actually finding any information about this stuff. It's all easily available online, in English.
A lot of people into Korean culture always talk about how they want to study in Korea, but I don't know if they're actually willing to put in all the time and effort it takes ._. so I don't really feel motivated to give a long response.

Geez, at least it's a lot easier going in as a foreigner than a Korean.
