What are you supposed to do when your crush's friend likes you? And while you three are together (because he always butts in), he constantly flirts with you mking YOU feel awkward and your crush also awkward. This situation is worse because the crush is a shy person and his friend is very outgoing.

Now I don't want my crush to think that I like his friend because I DON'T!

Just try to ignore his friend. Try flirting with your crush in front of his friend...maybe he'll get the idea that you don't like him back.

Lol... I have that same problem

I just try to not flirt back when he does, but i don't ignore him either. (Especially when my crush is around)
I just act like a nice friend to him.

The only reason why it feels awkward is because the 3 of you are hanging out together. Don't hang out with his friend. Why should you have to? If he tags along, be like "sorry I have to go."

let him know your not insterested. if he really liked you, he'll understand that fact.

but you should let him know in a nice way. try not to be so hard on him but let him know for sure that you dont like him.

Just mention it to your crush during a conversation. "I think he likes me, but I don't like him." That way, he knows you're not interested in his friend without giving away the fact that you like him. Communication always helps.
