How often do you find yourself in a state of emergency (lockdown, bullying, snow storm, etc)? Very rarely. The last one we had was about a year ago or so. I can't remember.
How often do you find yourself in need to contact your guardian during school hours? Not very often.

If yes, for how long have you had one? Erm, since eighth grade, I believe. I'm a senior in high school now.
Do you bring your phone to school? Yes.
If yes, do you keep it open during class? It's usually in my bag.
Do you use it to call inside the school in between breaks? No. I rarely use my phone.
How many minutes do you talk inside the school per week? Zero.
What are some reasons for cell phone usage during school? The volume on the school phones suck with my hearing loss. I also text friends at times.

If yes, how many per day? I would not be able to tell you that.
Has your phone ever rung in class? It hasn't rung, but my Networking partner had this bright idea to turn on the mp3 while the volume was all the way up. So basically, everyone heard AST1's ONE TWO THREE FOUR BACK line.
