I couldn't find another thread like this, so I thought I'd start one (please tell me if there's one already like this).

I'll kick it off with what I did today...

30 minutes treadmill
10 minutes bikes
20 minutes swim

So fellow Soompiers, what exercise have you done today? biggrin.gif

Chest/triceps workouts mixed with 20 minutes of light cardio (cycling bike)

i try to make my workouts total of one hour, don't want to 'over train'.

This is a good way to put extra nerve on your workouts. =)

I only did 1,000 jumproping today. I'm planning to do 8 minute ab later. Will go do a 30 minute walk after dinner and 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 sit up, 20 crunches before sleep.

So far only did a 1 mile walk. I'm planning to go to the gym and go on the elliptical for about 3 hours while I read my book for class lol hopefully I'll finish the book by the end of 3 hours. I'm a pretty slow reader but I manage 150 pages in 3 hours if I'm not distracted. I never went to the school gym so hopefully I won't get lost .. to think that i'm a senior in college too.. o.o' *shrug* I shall pretend I'm a frosh for tonight.
