ran 1 fasted mile in the morning
will play tennis in the evening
and follow up with 8 min abs and maybe some home workout stuff?

1 hour weight & resistance training at the gym
+ 30 minutes cardio

30+ minutes running everyday, just picked up recently after a break smile.gif
going to pick up swimming soon probably

20-30 min cardio
8 min abs
weight machines for 20 min

stretch half an hour.
triceps and some abs conditioning.
2 hours dance practice (4 days a week)

Well technically I haven't done any exercise yet, but I will be doing some in about 15 minutes =P

I'll just be doing some weights and crunches, but usually we do 30 mins of treadmill/bike, followed by 30 mins of stairs, then about 15 minutes of jump rope, 20 mins of weights if we have time, and then 20 mins of crunches/sit ups/stretching.

7am had practice. 5pm had lifting.. a leg circuit + ring pushup type torture

20 min biking
10 min running
25 more min biking

Yesterday, I did 1750 claories on the elliptical.. I'm sore lol.

Mine has shown results...I think it's pretty common.
A LOT of cardio though lol.

30 minutes elliptical
10-20 minutes cool down on treadmill (includes running and speed walking)
20-30 minutes of weights, depending on the day I would do arms, back, legs, abs, etc.
6 laps (2-3 speedwalking, and 3-4 running) on the track
8 minutes ab
8 minutes buns
10 minutes stretching EVERY limb!

yes people, walking counts. apparently if you walk and run the same distance, there isnt that much of a difference in calories burned.

i went for a ~10 min walk/run, played a little basketball, then walked for 40 mins with about 2 seconds of sprinting lol

100 pushups
100 crunches
40-50 leg raises
10-20 mins of running up and down the stairs XD
I do this every second//third day
Afraid to do weights kuz Im afraid of not growing.. X__X

I bboy everyday for about an hour though,

Im not sure if this is good for my body.. X_X
but I dont really get that sore anymore, im always used to it (:
