20 Minute Turbo Jam Workout
Gee Dance

Taking a nice long walk outside would be nice, but it was raining the whole day and once it stopped, it started getting dark. Just my luck.

rode my bike outside with my doggie smile.gif
i live on a huge hill and there are hills all over the place.
i live on about 7 acres, so there are lots of places to ride my bike happy.gif

went for a 30 minute walk.
did 8 minute abs.

and i'm going to lift weights before i hit the sack.

yeah, im working out a lot more because i pigged out on our italian easter dinner yesterday >.>

20 min on the elliptical weight loss setting
30 min the bike
10 min running/walking on incline on the treadmill
8 min abs workout!

I do these almost or close to everyday:

15 minutes on the treadmill.
25 minutes walking.
10 minutes stretching.

I need to do some yoga XP.

I'm still thinking what workout I should do today. Perhaps some indoors activity, it's really windy outside. I wouldn't want to get blown away. Yesterday, I did..20 calf lifts, 20 left leg lift, and 20 right leg lift while brushing teeth at the morning. 30 minute walking on evening spare time. 10 minute ab workout before dinner. 30 minute hanging on horizontal bar, jogging, dancing after dinner. 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 crunches, 20 situps before hopping to bed.

Today:

Morning:
10am-12am

-4 laps around the mountain
- Going up and down a very large hill
-Short jogs/walking

2pm
30 minute walk to market and forth

Later around 5pm:
Up the mountain again

Oh man.

Work on Shoulders and back or maybe just chest for two so hours
abs

Running Machine= 20 Min
Weights (arms, legs, abs)= 40 min
Elliptical= 20 Min

today i did a 30 minute jog around the neighborhood
i ran? on the elliptical? machine for 30 minutes
crunches
and jump roped for 25 minutes

100 counts on the jump rope and 30 sit ups in one minute. I'm already worn out. >< I need to work out more.

20mintue Tv PRogram ( thighs, chest, arms)
8mintue Legs
8mintue Abs


Does anyone know..
why you get a cramp on the side of ur abs sometimes when u run or jump around??
cuz i got that today and i couldn't do my full like.. 1 of DDR. D:
