Gee Dance
Taking a nice long walk outside would be nice, but it was raining the whole day and once it stopped, it started getting dark. Just my luck.

i live on a huge hill and there are hills all over the place.
i live on about 7 acres, so there are lots of places to ride my bike
went for a 30 minute walk.
did 8 minute abs.
and i'm going to lift weights before i hit the sack.
yeah, im working out a lot more because i pigged out on our italian easter dinner yesterday >.>

30 min the bike
10 min running/walking on incline on the treadmill
8 min abs workout!

I do these almost or close to everyday:
15 minutes on the treadmill.
25 minutes walking.
10 minutes stretching.
I need to do some yoga XP.

Morning:
10am-12am
-4 laps around the mountain
- Going up and down a very large hill
-Short jogs/walking
2pm
30 minute walk to market and forth
Later around 5pm:
Up the mountain again
Oh man.

Work on Shoulders and back or maybe just chest for two so hours

i ran? on the elliptical? machine for 30 minutes
crunches
and jump roped for 25 minutes

-20 minute -hike up the hill
-45 minute - 4 laps around the mountain
-20 minute walk to costco and back home
LOL.
I went to costco to get pizza for my grandma after my workout.

Does anyone know..
why you get a cramp on the side of ur abs sometimes when u run or jump around??
cuz i got that today and i couldn't do my full like.. 1 of DDR. D:
