40min elliptical. bleh i hardly sweat anymore on the elliptical and im going at the fastest speed i everhave. guess i need to up the resistance.

Lately, I have been trying to do more since the weather just got warmer.
Today was cold though and I hated it. UGHS.
Anyways, I jog, play tennis, play volleyball, and do yoga.
I really just started since the weather is still sort of really bad here so yeah.
I will start playing volleyball more and do more of the others.
I try to do as much as I can when I can.
I hate having to always depend on the weather. UGHS.

Didn't do any exercise today since i have to run some errands
Quite guily :E;;
Moreover i ate quite a lot during lunch uuurrggh
But i did walk a lot!!!
And carrying the groceries bag too!
Please don't tell me i'm turning anorexic

2 hours passing out
If that counts as exercise haha!

i have a question- for the 8 minute leg + arms, is it to get toned, or can it help lose fat in that area too?

it can, and probably will, do both, but first of all, you should know that you can't spot-reduce. that is to say, you can't lose fat in only one targeted area; losing fat is a total-body endeavor. that said, you should also know losing fat is about using more calories than you're taking in. only when you do that will you lose fat.
