Did some high intensity interval training today...
10 minutes treadmill
20 minutes cross trainer
20 minutes bike
10 minutes rower
At least an hour or maybe more of walking. Ah I feel so good!

seated rows, lat pull downs, cable curls, preacher curls, dips, cable tricep extensions. took an easy, all-around work out today and resting tomorrow and wednesday.

I only ran a mile at school today because my calves are so sore from 1500 jumpropes (?) and 40 min of elliptical. I get sore too easily D:

well before i like would never go outside the house...like seriously i wouldn't see real sunlight for like DAYS. but that was in my drama obsession days where i kept watching them back to back...ANYWAYSS
since im still in school i have GYM everyday, then after that i have an hour and a half of track but we usually don't run the whole time. AND i walk home..after that i don't do much body movement unless i hang out with my friends and walk places

Hopped around while watching tv for about 15 minutes. Plus 10 minutes of stretching.

i'm gonna do 25 minute run or cycling bike either one of those two.
and maybe i'll do some cleaning which also burns calories, but not a whole lot.

37 minutes on elliptical.

10 minutes with weights.
25 minutes of walking.
