cuz i had track practice today.
and tonight, if i continue my routine that i started like 3 days ago, i will do 15 minutes of the "riding bicyle in the air" thing, 100 crunches, and a few inner thigh stretches. (i HATE my inner things ! >< )

I haven't done anything for about 3 weeks, ugh.
I simply lost all motivation again.
Today, I will do my 30 minute cardio DVD!

i... attended gym like a good student. (:
they make you run for 8 minutes straight
so i guess 8 minutes of running? LOL.
oh after that, i walked around the neighborhood.

16 min treadmill running/walking incline
8 min abs later!

dumbbell bench press, 15x6, 15x6, 20x6
barbell bench press 45x5, 55x5, 60x3, 60x3
shoulder press, 15x5, 20x5, 20x5
barbell bent over row 55x5, 60x5, 60x5
body drag curls 30x5 3 times
hanging leg raises
and getting leaner everyday

Yesterday I did..
1,000 jumproping
10 minute mopping
100 jumping jacks
100 squats
100 sky biking
& today..
35 calf lift
40 squats
1 hour household (sweeping, mopping, ect)
30 minute dancing
100 jumping jacks
100 crunches

20 mins of running on the treadmill.. (wayyyyyyy too hot to run outside)
5 mins of stretching
then ending it with 20-30 minutes of yoga
