-2 hours

including:

- 3 mile jog
- Walking up a steep mountain and back down
- Resting and looking at nature view

I am so happy with myself that I prioritize my health!
I came home from school around 3:00, clean the dishes, vacuum, take out trash etc, so I can go running.
I left running at 4:00pm, and came back around 6:00pm.

I ran by myself, and it was not that bad, many elderly exercise to help with their heart rate and lower their cholesterol.
I am surprised I don't see more teens my age excercising.
I ran like the wind, and I stop caring what people think of me when I start running. People mostly concentrate on themselves.
Push through, and you can do it. I am happy to say that I am addicted to running, because it help me feel good. The brain release the endorphins hormones in the body to make you feel good. I catch the running bug.

1000 jumprope
150 jumping jacks
100 crunches

It wasn't that bad when you switch from one to another. I could have probably done more, but as it's the first time, no need

Endorphins aren't necessarily "happy" hormones. They're just natural pain relievers produced when the body is under pain or strenous exercise.

On the other note, I did 30 minutes of cardio & 30 minutes of weight today.
