1 mile on my treadmill and 8 minute abs.

Today I did:
1. Stationary Bike - 30 minutes
2. Elliptical - 30 minutes
3. Rowing Machine - 10 minutes
4. Misc. Weight Lifting - 40 minutes

In Fitness for today ish:

- 30 minutes of running and walking on the runningband. (As a warm up & normal exersize)
- 20 using for Bicep, Tricep, Shoulder, Breast, Back, Stomach.
- 15 minutes of Sauna (does that count?)

Hmm... 45 minutes of walking/jogging, 15 minutes of bicycle, 15 minutes of squats, and finally 10 minutes of stretching XD.

Walking : 20 minutes
Sit ups: 100
Jumping Jacks: 100

idk what you call this but i did footworks while punching thin airs? XD 150
i used to do that in tae kwon do.
50 knee highs.
i got lazy.

20 minutes of freestyle dancing.



it's not much because i'm not that interested in losing weight. i just want to gain more muscles and be more fit ^^

age:15
height: around 5'6 - 5'7 o_o i just don't know)
weight: 52 - 55 kg. it changes too much. stupid water weight.
ideal weight: 45 - 50 is fine. I used to be 36 but that was like 4 years ago LOL

any tips on gaining arm muscles?
losing tummy fat
and thigh fat?

Tennis for 2 hours.

About to go do an hour more of jump roping.
