150 ab exercises
150 sit ups
100 leg splits
50 more standing leg lift thingies
stretching
50 windmill exercises
30 min trying to learn the routine for Tell me - Wondergirls

an hour on the treadmill running/walking on incline!
some lifting...i dont know the names lol
8 min abs later!!

I played RockBand 2 as a drummer for 1.5 hrs, medium mode, it's a good arm workouts.
Because of the fast speed, it needs good stamina too to play it, I'm out of breath and can't catch up half way of the song. I'm so out of shape. =(
and then continued with,
30 mins of elliptical
120 crunches (4 diff sets)

Side raises
Shoulder press
lateral rows high
lateral rows normal
Pull ups
and a whole bunch of other crap that's making me cry right now because I can't close the door without hurting myself

10 min doing various squats and working on my lower body
20 min with weights for my upper body

Then I went to 24 hour fitness for another hour until these creepy white guys came in. Then I walked for about 20 minutes or so. Yeppp...

Morning
35 minutes of walking
After noon
30 minutes fast past walk on the treadmill
20 minutes running
10 minutes of walking
When I'm not tired or every other day I add in these:
50 side crunches each
25 regular crunches
114 Squats
25 lunges each leg
& I seem to skip some when I'm lazy

As long as I pass the my door : I'll do pullups.
Night: Before taking a bath. Do 8minute ab workout again. Shower. Sleep.
Repeat daily.
Slow but effective. Loss around 3kg(small amt because of muscle gain) of weight and from unable to do a single pullup. To 11pullups.
Time taken - 1month or so.
