surprisingly i did not do any exercise today because my 7am practice was canceled and my 5pm lift was also canceled. tomorrow though.

25 min on the elliptical weight loss setting
55 min on the bike
probably do the 8 min abs work out later lol

i need to switch up my routine a lil bit haha

Today I did one hour of Bodypump classes. I don't feel sore any where like I used to. I guess my body is used to the class already. =D Gotta love pump classes.

Some leg workouts and 20 minutes of cycling bike (low intensity).

last night i did 50 mins on the elliptical,
no crunches, kinda lazy.

today i should do more to make it up.

what's hard to do is ingest energy (carbs) besides powerade before the workout. since sprints are anaerobic we def need carbs for optimal performance but oh well.

so sprints @7am, ping pong @3:30 til lifting @5pm

plyometrics (stair jumps, line hops, clap push ups)
snatches
single leg squats
db SLDL

i think that was it lol.

so .5 hours of sprints
1.5 hours of ping pong
1 hour of lifting

hm I haven't worked out today yet, but yesterday I played tennis for 20 minutes & then I did some crunches on the ab machine...

I need to get a good workout routine together.

20min buns and thighs pilates. and about 4min of the 8min arms vid. 8lb weights are too heavy for me sad.gif
