1) 1+ hours on the treadmill (level 5)
2) Jillian Michaels - Banish Fat Boost Metabolism exercise vid. (About 45-50 minutes tops. And other days when I'm bored with this workout, I'd replace Banish Fat Boost Metabolism with Level 2 of Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shred.)
3) Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred. (level 3 & it's a little over 20 minutes, probably 26)
4) Turbo Jam - Ab Jam (I think it's like 16 or 17 minutes.)
5) 8 Minute Abs
I'm already fit as it is, but I love working out and I'd like to get a bit more toned. It's a fun and healthy way to spend time. =)

1 hour of XC conditioning

hm. you always post what workouts you're GOING to do! i'm going to have to tap my foot at you, pal.
but in a creatine fueled rage, i worked my biceps and triceps despite my sprained wrist for like an hour...i mean until my gym closed...and as i was walking out, i noticed little red marks which look like what will probably turn into stretch marks...and the pre-existing ones...were turning pink. it sounds more disgusting than it is. they're hair thin. =P
but whatever. i think all of my scar tissue is attractive =P
and then ran...until...1...i started exercising at like...9:40...or so...so erm...i exercised for a long time.

if i ran at 9, then that would be past tense right??? yea and i did lift.. i just don't go on the computer all the time so i figure i'll just post my exercise activites in 1 sitting. after i lift i shower, go to a friend's, then go on the train back home, so i figure i won't remember what i did

Level One only though
It was freakkin' intense
I can't believe I am sweating the same way I sweat with Turbo Jam
and with HALF THE TIME
Freakkin amazing o_o
I am going to do Level One everyday this week and next week
then move on to level 2 the following weak.
I hope I really do lose a pant size like some people say o_o

Side Lateral Raises
15 minute low intensity cardio
