and did some walking. not for too long.
im gonna do some arm weight exercises soon.
yesterday i ran for 30 mins. pretty slowly tho, about an average of 6.5 k/h.

I danced at the park today, with my friend.
That was some hardcore excersize. I sweated. :/
& mmm, i chased my stupid retarded dog all day today.
Dumb thing ran away from me while we were dancing ahha (:
Oh, and a couple hours ago, i did:
- More dancing; I'm learning After School's Ah dance.
- Did some pushups.
- Stretching, of course.
- Crunches and more crunches.
& I came home and ate. Poop. Gotta stop that.
