i played around on an elliptical my mom just bought & shadow boxed with gloves on. i really want to learn how to box... other than watching videos to learn

swam 1.5 k in 45 mins (not that impressive, but the first time i went that distance)
and did some walking. not for too long.
im gonna do some arm weight exercises soon.

yesterday i ran for 30 mins. pretty slowly tho, about an average of 6.5 k/h.

I jogged/walked - more walking for 30 mins this morning,
then i walked a lot later in the day.

I occasionally do 65-100 Push ups and a 10-20 minute bicycle trip, that or a 2 hour walk. I also sometime stretch, but not to much.

ugh. i busted my wrist...seriously. i can't even turn them to face the air. ARRRRRRRRR

but i DID however eat an entire fried chicken. it was...A-MAZING.

I jogged for around 25 mins and 15 mins walking up & down the stairs
i hardly exercise so .. i had a massive headache this morning

one hour of kickboxing, came home and did those 8 minute ab exercises.
after all that cheesecake i ate yesterday, i should be doing a lot more but im so tired today.
hah.

I danced at the park today, with my friend.
That was some hardcore excersize. I sweated. :/
& mmm, i chased my stupid retarded dog all day today.
Dumb thing ran away from me while we were dancing ahha (:

Oh, and a couple hours ago, i did:
- More dancing; I'm learning After School's Ah dance.
- Did some pushups.
- Stretching, of course.
- Crunches and more crunches.

& I came home and ate. Poop. Gotta stop that.
