My daily workout consists of:

5 min stretching
10 min walking
15 min abs
10 min thigh

so far so good :)

i was on the treadmilll for an hour.
ran 3 miles.
and daily chores .___.
they count for something !

I didn't have time today.
Yesterday I did 30 min of turbo jam

Today I went to work for about 6 hours, and I'm constantly walking back and forth packing orders for take out and lugging them out (people can order a lot) so that has to count for some exercise.

i walked a total of one hour from and to school D:
and i today i ran a mile then walk half a mile after school

20 min Jillian Michael 30 day shred
3 min abs

i feel like i lack so many energy. i give up on the jillian workout video half way. When i first started i can feel my stomach flatter because i did it for seven day but give and starting again. dunno if i ever will slim down before college start. sad.gif
