M, W, n F i do 5 mins of stretching, 2-3 mins of stair stepping for the calves, 2-3 mins of squats for the thighs and butt, 20 jumping jacks to get the blood flowing, then 10-15 mins run, and finally a whole lot of lunges to cooldown
