&& i'm planning on going shopping later so that means 3 hours of walking LOL

M, W, n F i do 5 mins of stretching, 2-3 mins of stair stepping for the calves, 2-3 mins of squats for the thighs and butt, 20 jumping jacks to get the blood flowing, then 10-15 mins run, and finally a whole lot of lunges to cooldown

T n Thurs i do 30 mins of arms/abs pilates

upper body strenght training with low reps, heavy weights

next week I want to try a 8 min mile . Cue Daft punk - harder, better, faster, stronger

Nothing so far.

Yesterday I did 3,000 jumproping, 1 hour yoga, 30 minute dancing, and 2 hour walking.
