then ran 2.3 miles never stopping (stopped twice due to traffic lights) doing sprint jogs whenever i felt i could sprint. at end of the 2.3 miles, i live on top of a very john teshing steep hill, so i jogged while picking up speed to sprinting at the top of the hill. it gets steeper the higher you go >_>
I HATE THAT HILL, BUT EVERY TIME I FEEL LIKE I GOTTA CHALLENGE MYSELF TO FINISH MY RUN THAT WAY1!!!!111ONEONE
i'm decent running downhilll, it's the easiest run for me. technically, i'm not exactly sure since i've never run long distance downhill. flat land is where i flourish, i could jog, as least at talk-jog pace for a LONG time, i suck at uphill running. it's the worst situation for me, my muscles are not genetically predisposed to run uphill (i truly believe this, due to the way my foot lands while running. some people are genetically better at running certain types of terrain, while i believe i'm genetically disadvantaged at running uphill) perhaps it's because i've never run long distances on hills... flat land pretty much includes anything from 0 degrees to like 10 degrees. but uphill running.... god i suck at it. only way to get better at uphill running is... guess what? run uphill. if i truly wanted to get over my weakness of running uphills i'd run up and down this john teshing steep hill instead of going through my routine of around the park-lake while gives puts me in my zone. BUT I HATE UPHILL SO MUCH!! i don't think i'm gonna do it
O GOD!!! i just noticed.... i've got a blister on one of my toes. the longest one you know? right next to the big toe. i think my big toe's nail was rubbing against on the inside of my 2nd toe and it caused a blister. it doesn't hurt now, but

i think today was just a very off day for me, i feel like crap while jogging. like i was fatigued as soon as i started >_>
usually i feel decent until my first sprint but yeah it was just hard. i didn't even run up the hill at the end this time since i decided not to push myself too hard since today was an off day. distance wise the hill is about .1 miles but it's a lot of calories since it's my last uphill sprint that i didn't get to do

Today, all I did was like walk up the stairs over and over again.
After that, I basically stretch for at least 10-15 minutes.
