Cardio X and Ab Ripper X. Today is my little trial of P90X from P90 and I'm gonna be starting P90X woohoo!

10 min on stationary bike
15 min on elliptical

Is it normal if my ears start hurting and my head starts getting dizzy? I'm thinking it's because I'm still not used to doing it, which is why it's happening. Hmm..

Kenpo X, what was killer was the yoga part not the workout itself >___< must tell myself to work on yoga and flexibility more!

25 minutes of pilates

felt really bad i didn't post on here for nearly 3 days lol but yeah i got back to my usual active self but still felt lazy so i only ran 1 mile today and did biking for 30 min and i plan on doing p90x later on the day
....cuz the music left wit you.

20 minute stretching
2,000 jumproping
1 hour yoga
20 minute running with dog
3 hour Wii

Today:
1 hour Wii
30 minute Wii (yes, I'm addicted, lol)
2,000 jumproping
30 minute yoga
1 hour Wii
More and more Wii

i mentioned earlier i ran 1 mile and did 30 min of biking. to add to that i did p90x legs and back with ab ripper x whooo lol go me =]

half hour of elliptical, resistance at 11, going about 5.5 mph
yesterday i did 40 minutes and it seemed so much easier! i'm in the process of developing a weight training routine.. i want to make sure i know what the plan is before i jump into anything and hurt myself. so for now, i'm doing just cardio.
