Okay, I sent in all of my papers and applications on Dec. 22nd. I was looking at a couple of my colleges' websites and all the transcripts/recommendations were received after the Jan. 1st deadline. Alright.....so does this mean that my application as a whole is considered to be late? I'm worrying like crazy right now, I worked so hard on them and I don't want them to be late. sad.gif

^ I don't think so. As long as your application was turned in on time, I think the extras being a little late are okay.

most colleges have postmark deadlines, not just deadlines. that means your papers and stuff just needed to be sent before the date, not received before the date.

The deadline specified by colleges is the deadline YOU must abide by for YOUR application materials...not school reports, recs, etc. Nothing that's not in your hands.
