Grow Taller Supplements Anyone tried them?

Did anyone try those grow taller products on the web?
Like those things that say, grow taller exercises, supplements..and stuff.
Do they work?

I doubt they work. I never tried it before but if the shorter bodybuilders knew about them, I think they would already be on it.

I don't see how it'll work. Usually after you finish puberty the testosterone/estrogen seals the epiphyseal plates thus halting growth. If you have an increase in IGF1 before the plates close that will cause gigantism i.e. increase height. After the plates close and you have an increase in GH via steroids etc it'll cause acromegaly. You'll look like andre the giant or arnold s. Also note the gap in his front tooth. Signs of GH supplementation.

Unless, you are under the national standard in which case you should speak to your physician I wouldn't recommend taking an supplement.

That's kind of like the ad's aimed at males saying they can enlarge your genital 12 inches...

My mom spent thousands on dollars on supplements that supposedly helps you grow on me and guess what? It doesn't work!

I'm 5'2" on a good day.

it gives you excess hair, so if you really wanna be hairy or you're a guy and you don't mind.
go for it. =)

I would try them if it wasn't for the hairy side effects
