Internet Connection Service Providers Looking for a Good One for GTA (Ontario)

Hi, so right now im using Bell as my internet service provider.
My contract is due soon and they're changing some things that i dont really like....soo i wanna find a new provider.
Some things im looking for

1. Speed Download: 7Mbps (Mininum)
2. Download Limit: 60GB/Month
3. Price: Below $50 (Preferibly below 40)

Other Necessary Info:
- Live in Canada, Ontario GTA Region
- Considerations: Rogers, Acanac, Bell

Cogeco all the WAY!!! I'm using bell right now and I hate it. I used to use cogeco but my parents thought bell would be better. But we were wrong! We are switching back to cogeco soon.
