you need to download the right codec.... like k-lite or ffdshow (i have both but you should be okay with just one... get k-lite)
i might be wrong but try it...
EDIT: k-lite come with ffdshow http://www.click-now.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=5647

Well I'd say it's the codec too... But...
Open windows media player. Go to Tools. Options. Performance tab. Set "Video acceleration" to full. Apply and ok.
Then copy this following:
desk.cpl ,4
press win+r and paste it there and then press enter.
Click on "Advanced" button.
Go to "Troubleshoot" tab. "Hardware acceleration" has to be set to FULL. Apply, ok and ok.
Try now?
If not, then it's all about codec. Otherwise you'd have to convert your videos or use an editor like Windows Movie Maker to turn the video to the right side.

What language are you using? Japanese? xD I'll try anyway if it is...
I see you made a new thread about video converting...
I suggest you to choose .wmv as the type you convert your videos to.
